FACULTY POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR 2009-2010

Full or Associate Professor of Spanish. Starting July 1, 2009. Specialty in 18th-21st century Spanish peninsular narrative with ancillary interest in film, transatlantic or cultural studies. INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING FOR FACULTY POSITIONS

All applications for faculty positions at UNC-CH must be submitted online. To apply:

(1) Go to http://hr.unc.edu/jobseekers/search.html and at bottom of page choose “Open Positions” under “EPA Faculty Positions”

(2) "Faculty Position Search" page - click "Login" found near the top of the page.

(3) “Applicant Login” - Register by creating a username and password, click on “New applicants…”

(4) “Applicant Registration” - Provide information requested. Click “Go”

(5) “Applicant Information” - Provide information requested. Click “Save”

(6) Voluntary “EEO Information” - Complete and click “Save”

(7) “Applicant Profile Management” - Attach cv and cover letter as instructed. Click “Save” and subsequently click on “Note: To search and apply for a position….” found at top of page.

(8) “Faculty Position Search” - Search for position by either department (Romance Languages) or type in Position ID # in Keyword Search box. Click “Go”

(9) “Position Search Results” - Click on Position Title or Recruitment ID to continue application process.

(10) "Position Details" - Click on "Apply Now"

(11) “Apply for Position” - Complete form and click “Submit” A confirmation of application submission will follow.
